II.     HISTORY OF ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:

-        THINH VUONG EVALUATION AND REAL ESTATE BUSINESS INVESTMENT CORPORATION (THINH VUONG CORP) was established with the cooperation of many experts in the field of evaluation, consultancy and investment according to Decree No. 153/2007/NĐ-CP dated October 15, 2007 and Decree No. 101/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 03, 2005 by the Government about appraisal.

-        Thinh Vuong Corp was established pursuant to the business registration certificate (No. 0310457903) issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.

-        Pursuant to Announcement No. 126/TB-BTC dated March 23, 2011 by Ministry of Finance, in regard to authorizing Thinh Vuong Corp to work as a valuation company according to the Price ordinance and Decree No. 153/2007/NĐ-CP dated October 15, 2007 and Decree No. 101/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 03, 2005.
